The Committee members noted that the implementation of the bill will lead to increase in expenditures of the State and local budgets and will worsen the financial position of bus stations.
People?s deputies noted that the bill lacks financial and economic grounds as well as suggestions concerning amendments to the legislative acts of Ukraine to reduce budget expenditures and / or sources of additional revenue to reach balanced budget which, in its turn, violates part one article 27 of the Budget Code of Ukraine.
